I am planning to move interstate from QLD to VIC and would like to use a reliable moving company. I’ve had bad experiences with some in the past, so am bit anxious and stressed just anticipating another move. I really want a company that is reliable, and treats your possessions carefully. They all claim they do this but I know from past experience thats not true. Please share your experiences and recommendations.
I have used La Rosa Del Monte Exp. 5 times already in my life with no problems what so ever, they move everywhere throughout the US and world, i have already used them twice internationally. They have been in business 45 years so they know exactly what they are doing and are very professional at it. You can actually get a quote for your move online for free within minutes, just go to www.larosadelmonte.com they make moving easy, the way it should be. Hope this was helpful good luck with moving. Also if you would like to call for information call 1-800-4larosa and ask for Genaro, tell him benny recommended you iv moved so much they pretty much know me by name lol so he’ll be able to really help you out, so dont stress i know how difficult it is to just pick up and move.
Hi, I recently began trying to dance with a locking/robotic style, but I find it hard to keep certain joints still while moving others. (When I move my elbow joint to move my forearm, my arm (bit between elbow and shoulder) is moving slightly). How can I reduce/stop this?
Think muscles rather than joints – and drill.
Film yourself or watch in a mirror.
How to ease my parents into me moving?
01 Apr 2011
I am planning on moving out of state. I’m currently in georgia and I’m moving to texas. My parents don’t want me to move that far. I understand. I love them I just don’t want to leave on a bad note. I want to keep a good relationship with them I am 21 years old. I will be moving with my boyfriend who will be my husband soon. So any tips? I love my rents. Don’t think I don’t. I just want to fly.
You sound like a wonderful daughter.
I think that if you sit down with your parents and tell them that this is what you want for yourself, they will understand. It’s good that you don’t want to leave on a bad note; your parents are your parents and they dedicated their life to raise you and I think they deserve respect. Your parents will understand that this is your life and your decisions. Just sit, have a heart to heart and explain what you want to them, that you want to start a life together with your soon to be husband and that you love them and will keep in touch.
I found a moving image on my friends tumblr and i would like to know how to save it on my images on my computer, with the image still moving. Every time i try to save it, it makes it just a picture, not moving. Thank you.
Hi guys,
from your friends tumblr, right click on the gif image and select Save Image As (or something similar – depending on your browser). Save it somewhere you can find it on your computer.
Hope this information might helps.

moving house what to do about fish pond?
10 Mar 2011
Last summer I had 20 fish in pond, lost 15 of them, dont know why. However, I hope to be moving house, and if I want to take them with me, what do I do about my remaining fish, and the poplulation of 12 frogs.
It would be better to leave them where they are and get a neighbour to care for them until the property is occupied. Fish suffer trauma just as we humans do…………….
We move house next week with our 1yr old Weshi, Jim. Any tips as to how we can get him to do all his toileting in the same spot at the bottom of the garden? I don’t want him having a free for all over the garden and obviously want to get clued up before the move so I can start as we mean to go on.
Fence off that small section of the yard, and put him in there to do his business.
If the dog is loose in the whole yard, he will be marking everywhere – to stake out his new territory. Male dogs like to mark. He is still going to mark things when you turn him out in the rest of the yard, but if you put him in the smaller pen at "potty times" – you should be able to keep his feces contained in the smaller area, if you don’t let him into the main yard until after he has pooped.
Of course, if you are going to have him defecating in a small area, you’ll
need to be right on top of clean up duties in this space, or he’ll be stepping in it and tracking it into your home.
How can i find the Best Moving Companies?
15 Feb 2011
I am planning a move in May with my family from New York to Arizona. I am well aware of the moving scams and rogue Operators in the Moving industry. I am not interested in having a disastrous move, like so many others have. Im interested in finding the Best Moving Companies in New York, does anyone know where i can find them?
A good start would be visiting the MovingGuardian.org website. The site is a public service organization that offers businesses and consumers free tools and resources needed to ensure a safe, transparent and cost effective relocation,. The features I liked most is the " America’s Best Movers" database which only features the highest rated moving companies with the Better Business Bureau. The site also offers a great moving reviews system where consumers can rate moving companies and share those reviews through the site’s Facebook application, which is really cool.

Does My Prologue Sound Interesting?
06 Jan 2011
This is a random concept that just popped into my head the other day. I’m not really sure what to do with it, but this is the prologue I’ve written. Does it sound interesting at all? And also, is the grammar and all that jazz correct?
Prologue:
The house, an old Victorian style home located in the depths of Sydney’s inner city circle, gave way to one last and final piece of luggage that was carefully lifted and carried out of the house, where it was carted onto the back of a small and rundown removalist’s truck.
This was no ordinary removalist’s truck, however, as the truck was an oddly brilliant shade of green. It also had the strange ability to fly rather than drive like most ordinary trucks. And that wasn’t the only thing. For starters, the removalists, who were a couple of short and stocky men in cream coloured blouses and red suspenders, weren’t your average removalist workers. Nor were they Santa’s little helpers.
For seconds, they were moving furniture at close to midnight. No one who was walking past them or who was in the vicinity of their company seemed to notice their presence, and with gloomy expressions on their faces they continued doing their work. The last piece they happened to carry out, which was a handsome leather oakwood chair, had once belonged to the late Professor Abacus Rose, whose untimely passing caught the attention of many who came to offer their condolensces to his only child, Scarlett Rose.
Scarlett Rose was a lot of things that weren’t fitted to the standards of a normal teenage girl. For one, she possessed a great deal of knowledge that surpassed the average seventeen year old. Secondly, she had never once attended a schooling institution – not one, as she had been tutored and sheltered from the outside world by her father her entire life. Which was odd, even by magical standards. And third, which was, perhaps, the most incredible and brilliant oddity of them all, was that Scarlett Rose was a Witch. And a good one, at that.
But no thought’s of witchcraft crossed Scarlett’s mind that night as the removalists finished loading up the furniture that had been in the Rose household for as long as Scarlett could remember. No, they were to be flown off to Waipukurau, New Zealand, where Scarlett was to live with her Aunt and her family until she became a legal adult.
‘You cumin’ with us, Missy?’ asked one of the removalists, a particularly pugdy one with grey hair sticking out of his ears and a noticible hook nose. He was standing in front of her, holding a leather clip board in his hands. ‘It says ere’ that you ordered the "Self-Included" package’
‘Pardon?’ said Scarlett, confused.
‘I think he’s refering to the getting to New Zealand part your Aunt so deliriously forgot to mention in her letter. You’d think that in the span of eight months after the Master’s death, she’d have informed you of this arrangement by now’ drawled Scarlett’s cat, Newton, who sat perched on her shoulder. Scarlett shot him a silencing look.
‘Yeah. It means you’re included in the delivery, love. I take it it wasn’t you oo’ made this order?’ Said the removalist, running a hand down the back of his head. He seemed to be getting a little irritated.
‘Oh’ said Scarlett, caught off guard. She pulled back her filmsy grey cloak to reveal a pale face and bright red hair. ‘Right. Right, yes, it was my Aunts who assembled that order. My apologies’.
The man didn’t seem to care much. He looked over at his partner who was already in the truck and they exchanged a look. ‘Ugh, alrightey then, love, well let’s hop to it, then’
‘Excuse me?’
It was going to be a long night.
I really like your writing style! However a prologue is supposed to grasp the reader. This prologue doesn’t really have much interesting content. Maybe you should create a dramatic twist in which the workers takes and kidnaps Scarlett? I’m not sure if that would change your storyline considerably, but it’s just a suggestion of mines. Other then that, good job!
I am moving home to NY with my daughter to be around friends and family when he deploys for 14 months. We are stationed in NC so will BAH stay the same as it is or will it go up to NY BAH.
If you up and move because of deployment this is on your own dime, they are not required to pay you to move, to provide you a moving company or to pay for any of it. The BAH will stay the duty station zip code because it is a TCS deployment.
