What steps to take for moving to another state?

Im planning on moving to Mass from Fl in June. I am a single mother of an 8 yr old girl, and all my family lives in Florida. Im trying to better the life of my daughter with getting a better job with a great pay, and just to get away from the Family drama. This would be the biggest decision I will make for myself and for my lil girl. I want to make sure that I have everything I need in order to make this big move… thanx !

New Drivers liscense, car insurance, maybe a new bank account. Change your mailing address.

just get a bunch of money in the bank, rent a big truck, pack it and go. when you get there find a place and move in.
you might check into the school districts/zoning before you commit to a place.

Its expensive I know I’m trying to do the same thing myself, go to your library and they should help you find a phone book for that state, from there look under apartment finders or you can just look under relator’s there all the same and what they do for you is for a fee they can help find you a place that accepts new to state customers, My second piece of advise is have a job lined up for when you get up there. It just makes everything easier.
