How to account for a moving object whose weight varies with time and is moving inside a fluid of viscosity u.Force F is responsible for the horizontal movement of the object.

I’m not sure what you mean by "account". Do you want to know the position as a function of time? You can construct a differential equation that will account for the viscosity and the varying mass of the particle given some applied force (which may also vary in time).
