If you are a different race in Japan you attract more attention,and if you are decent looking and young,even more.If you have money then you need not be young even.That said, gaijin are no longer rare in Japan.Also Japanese men don’t have to live in fear of the law for saying lewd things to a girl and you can push the envelope much further with women without fear of being sued or arrested like here in the US.
