I`m moving to a remote area. I have no friends or relatives to help out. Maybe I can do this logicistically, but emotionally, not so sure.

Moving home is high on life’s most stressful events list, so I paid professionals to do most of it, but did the important stuff myself. Anti-stress techniques; section 42, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris See page i first.

Always think of moving as a new challenge. IF am just near your area, I can offer physical help not only that even advice :)

Think in this way, so that you will get a better mind set: -

I my self can manage things in a better way. Why should I look for others help? God has given this opportunity to improve my confidence..

Keep doing what you just did. That is what is great about this Y/A you can reach out & get support from all over the world. Makes me feel alot better. I too am going through a stressful move, moving is never easy. My husband was transfered in Jan. so I have been doing it all myself too. So when I get stressed or overwelmed I take time out set down & vent or share or go to jokes for a laugh. Take your pick. Regroup & go back to the packing. Good luck from one stressed packer to another;)

i don’t begin to know, nor should i know why you are moving, but if you’ve decided to move, that’s half the battle. emotionally, think of the pros and cons and write them down…..if the pros outweigh the cons, that should help you emotionally. if the the cons outweigh the the pros, stay put…oh yeah…welcome to y/a…
