After the season six finale, Clark believes Lana was in the car explosion and is dead, and the video begins with him reminiscing about her and their relationship, wishing she could just “come home”. Moving to China, where Lana is hiding out secretively, we see her point of view of the relationship, and after realizing how much she loves and misses Clark, Lana does come home, and they’re finally together for good.

    I never heard this song by One republic and to the scenes of Clark and Lana’s love especially when thought of her being dead…then at the end…..she….comes….home.
