I am moving home to NY with my daughter to be around friends and family when he deploys for 14 months. We are stationed in NC so will BAH stay the same as it is or will it go up to NY BAH.

If you up and move because of deployment this is on your own dime, they are not required to pay you to move, to provide you a moving company or to pay for any of it. The BAH will stay the duty station zip code because it is a TCS deployment.

I am currently thinking of buying some rats, I feel i will be able to look after them fully but my only worry is if they become stressed when moving house. I am currently a student and so repeat the process of 10 weeks at university, and 4 weeks at home. I was wondering if rats are ok with moving house because I would have to repeatidly move them between my two homes.

rats will be just fine just put some old bedding from the old house and they should be ok

Hi, I’ve never sold or bought priority. My current our home was inherited when my mom decided to move. Sadly, I really need to move, but I’m unsure of how to go about it. The house also has a mortgage, but I’m not sure if this affects selling the home or not.

To sell, you have two options – find a real estate agent or sell the house yourself. However, if your mom moved out and gave you the house and the house has a mortgage, you have other problems – such as, you really may not own the house which means you can’t sell it. Given your question and the lack of actual facts, you may need to see a real estate attorney to figure out where you stand and what is needed to sell the house.

I move to America to be rich but I not make anough money. People are always discriminatory against me. I now have to move back and live with parents who now alos live here. I thinking of going to college? Is 26 to old to live with parents? How I live on with this shame?

Please read before answering. The contract on my current flat comes to an end on the 23rd September, however I will be moving out early into my new property on the 11th September. What date do I give to utility companies and council tax as my move out date? The 11th or 23rd September.

p.s. I privately rent, if that makes any difference.

11th September. Don’t forget to take meter readings. I expect your Landlord will require you to pay the Council tax until the 23rd. After that it’s up to him or a new tenant.

I am moving to a home that isn’t mine to change around without wifi or a router. I believe there are things you can pay for to connect to the USB port&keep your laptop connected whenever it needs to be. I was wondering if anyone knows how to do that or what it’s called. I’ll pay for whatever I need to, I just need a connection!

That sounds like a cell phone wireless situation — assuming the new place isn’t also in a remote mountainous area with poor cell phone reception. I don’t know what those packages go for, though.

We are moving home and have been informed we have to change our G.P.It is approx 3 miles away, with easy access. We thought that.we now had a choice? Could anyone advice the correct procedure? Are we legal bound to change the G.P we have been with for many many years?

GPs in the UK have a geographical catchment area, and are not obliged to take, or retain, patients who live outside of that area. You can always ask. I moved outside my GP’s area, but had been very satisfied with her. I asked her to consider keeping me as her patient, and she checked her geographical boundary and said she would retain me, as I fell outside by just a few yards.

You can also voice your concern to your local PCT.

We have had BT Option 3 for about 3 months and we are moving home. There is only Sky at the new house and we dont want to have to pay installation charges etc… plus im not happy with the service…
Basically… we would like to know if it is possible to cancel it early due to the house move without occuring charges?

Sky telephones are provided over a BT line and you are contracted to BT for 12 months and you will have to pay to the end of the contract

Im going to purchase a doublewide thats in a park im also buying a my own lot to put it on. Can I claim the doublewide+land+moving cost? Also could I claim how much it took me to get the land ready for septic+well+landscaping?

No, the only thing you will be able to claim is the purchase price for the trailer, not moving it, not setting up, not the landscape, etc. Only 10% of the actual trailer costs, up to 8k.
