I am moving home to Michigan, but we are stationed in Washington, so I know TriWest does not cover Michigan. His permanent station is still going to be WA, so will I be able to get health coverage while in Michigan?
yeah, you have to call that number on the back of your card. they will change your "zone" or something like that. its not that big of a deal, you can go online and find a pcm first, so you have a name to give them when you update your address.

What shall I do about moving house yet again?

Im 16 and me and my family keep constantly moving house and it is getting me down. For example I have just moved into a new house about 3 weeks ago yet my mum is talking about moving house again. This would be to a place where it would be hard to travel to a new course I am applying for soon and I have settled in living in this area. I have moved 4 times in the past year. How should i be about this? Shall i talk to my mum? Refuse to move?
yeh you should refuse 2 move unless shes moving around 2 find work
because its unfair on you moving so much trying 2 aways make new friends and throws your of ur schooling you might need an high uai 2 get a uni degree
I have some data i wish to smooth. I know how to take a moving average but then i wish to take a moving average of the original moving average within the same cell instead of using other cells within excel.

It depends on the precision of the average. To Average 25 cells down 1 by way of 5 parts, try:
Average(Average(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5),Average(A6,A7,A8,A9,A10),….,Average(A21,A22,A23,A24,A25))
This would create 5 averages of 5 cells each and average the resulting 5 values.
I am not sure what the double averages accomplishes, Just take an average of a wider range to get a more summary average. It would accomplish the same thing.

I felt it important to share this video with the world to remind us of the sacrafices made everyday by our armed forces. I took this video as we made our way past hundreds of supporters that came out to pay their respect to a fallen Marine – LCpl Brandon Lara.
Lance Corporal Brandon Lara lost his life in the line of duty while serving his country in Iraq. Lara was flown into the Randolph Air Force Base where he was escorted off base, through Universal City, Schertz and to New Braunfels. This is only seven minutes of a one hour video.

I moved back home to save up for a house. However, I am constantly stressed by my mom and low class neighbors. I am on the fence about just moving back out and renting an apartment and postponing my home buying dreams. Would rent and not save a s much or stay home and save and be stressed for a year. The plan was to stay there for another 12 months
If you’re "stressed" chances are it’s because you are allowing something to affect you.
Some stress is a choice, you could just as easily ignore things and go on with your life. You choose what you allow to annoy you, for whatever reason(s), in this case, (reading between the lines) you apparently feel somehow "superior" to your mother and her "low-class neighbors".
You parents didn’t have to let you come back to live at home so you can save money for a house, they probably did it as a favor out of love (they didn’t owe it to you). The least you could do is show some gratitude for them and show some respect for them and their "low-class" neighbors. You actually believe that having you living with them again isn’t an inconvenience to them that doesn’t cramp their style?
